Materials Needed:
- 24" x 1" quilt batting
- 4 chenille stems
- 6 yards pre-wrap
- Silk flowers, ribbons, jewels of your choice
Connect the chenilles to make a double strand 24" long.
Glue the batting to the chenille stems.
Wrap the pre-wrap over the chenille and batting at an angle for complete coverage. Glue loose ends.
Add Deco Ribbon wrapped at an angle down the strip and glue to seal.
Connect ends to make a ring (twisting together)
Using the balance of the pre-wrap, curling ribbon, flowers, feathers, butterflies, place at connection to cover the mechanics.
Many of the embelishments are items found in old jewelry boxes, flea markets, or craft stores. Great item for fundraisers, church bazaars, etc.
